皆様こんにちは。デスカムトゥルー プロデューサーのイザナギゲームズ 梅田です。さて第2回のプロデューサーレターですが、今回はデスカムトゥルー 内のコレクション要素についてお伝えします。

前回のプロデューサーレターでお伝えした通り、デスカムトゥルー は普段ゲームをプレーしない映画ファンの方やアニメファンの方、もしくはNetflixで海外ドラマを観るのが好きな方でも気軽に遊ぶことが出来る選択型の映画ゲームです。エンディングまで特になにも操作的に難しい要素はなく映画のように楽しめます。

ただ、その中でプラスのコレクション的な楽しさもあります。
それが今回紹介させて頂く、デスメダル、そしてデスチューブです。

Hello, Everyone! This is Shinsuke Umeda of IzanagiGames, the producer of Death Come True.
Today, in this Producer’s Letter Vol. 2, I’ll be writing about the “collectable items” in Death Come True.

As I mentioned in our Producer’s Letter Vol. 1, Death Come True is a choice-oriented movie game that can be easily enjoyed by many people, including movie lovers who do not usually play games, anime fans, and fans of Netflix dramas. I am certain that you will enjoy the game right through to the end without any difficulties, just as if you were watching a movie.

However, Death Come True also offers some extra fun in the form of game-style collectables, namely “Death Medals” and “DeathTube”

主人公が死を経験する度にコレクションされるデスメダル
Collectable Death Medals––awarded each time the main character dies

デスメダルというのは物語を進める中で、主人公が死のシーンを経験する度に手に入れることができるメダルです。物語を進めて選択をしていけばどんどんGetすることができます。

Players can obtain Death Medals each time the main character experiences a death in the story. As the story progresses and the player makes choices, more Death Medals will be awarded.

デスメダルの収集枚数によって視聴出来るようになるデスチューブ
DeathTube content––accessible based on how many Death Medals the player has collected

デスメダルの収集枚数が一定数に達するごとに、オープンされ視聴出来るようになるのがデスチューブという特典映像です。
デスチューブには３種類があり、全部で25の特典映像を観ることが出来るようになります。
・みのけんニュース・・・佐藤二朗さん演じるみのけんが出演するニュース番組の動画です。
・撮影風景・・・デスカムトゥルー 撮影本番の現場風景の動画です。
・OFFショット・・・撮影合間の出演者の皆さんたちの動画です。

DeathTube––special bonus movie content––is unlocked and becomes available to watch after the player collects a certain number of Death medals.
There are three types of DeathTube videos and a total of 25 different bonus clips that will become available.
・MinoKen News Channel: Clips of the news program anchored by MinoKen, played by Jiro Sato
・On The Set of Death Come True: Footage from the Death Come True film set
・Between Takes: Clips of the cast members between takes
